1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Noku x3D (nokux3d.com) or purchasing our Waitlist package, you agree to these Terms.

2. Waitlist & Physical Product Purchase

The $20 Waitlist fee constitutes a purchase of one (1) custom, full-color 3D printed promotional model.

• Reservation: This purchase automatically grants you priority reservation for the future noku x3D F1 printer.
• Shipping Timeline: We target a ship date of 45 days from your order. This is an estimate based on current production capacity. Factors such as 3D printing hardware maintenance or global logistics may cause minor delays. We will notify you promptly of any material changes to this timeline.
• Proof of Delivery: We will provide an online-verifiable tracking number to the email address associated with your PayPal account.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment: You may request a full refund at any time before your promotional model has shipped.
• After Shipment: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of 3D printing, the $20 fee is non-refundable once the model has shipped, except in cases of verified transit damage.

4. 3D Printing Disclaimer

You acknowledge that 3D printed items may contain minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, or slight color variations inherent to the additive manufacturing process. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. User-Submitted Content & Intellectual Property

By submitting files (STL, OBJ, 3MF), you warrant you hold the legal rights for commercial printing. You grant Techno Integrate a limited license to print the model solely for your order fulfillment. All site content remains the property of Techno Integrate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Techno Integrate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid ($20 USD).

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
