If you wish to cancel your reservation before your promotional 3D model has been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of your $20 fee. To request a refund, email info@nokux3d.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address used to register.
Once your promotional 3D model has been shipped, the $20 reservation fee becomes non-refundable. This is because the fee has been applied toward the cost of manufacturing and shipping your model.
Members on the free waitlist have no payment on file and may remove themselves from the list at any time by emailing info@nokux3d.com.
Refund and cancellation terms for the noku x3D F1 printer purchase will be published at the time pre-orders open.
