Estimated Ship Date: Promotional 3D models are estimated to ship within 45 days of your waitlist registration date. This is an estimate and may vary based on print queue volume and model complexity.
Eligible Countries: We currently ship promotional models to the United States. International shipping availability will be announced as we expand capacity.
Shipping Cost: Shipping of the promotional model is included in your $20 reservation fee at no additional charge.
Tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your model has been dispatched.

After payment, our team will reach out via email to collect your file.
If your model arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email info@nokux3d.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a reprint or resolution.
